What data we collect
We collect your name, email address, and profile picture provided through Google Authentication. We also access your Google Calendar events if you explicitly grant us permission.
How we use Google Data
We use your calendar data exclusively to display your scheduled Spanish sessions in your student dashboard. This allows you to join your meetings directly from our platform. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
No Sharing or Sale
We do not sell, trade, or rent your Google user data to third parties. We do not share your information with data brokers or advertising agencies. Data is only processed internally to provide the requested service.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and secure database hashing to protect your information from unauthorized access.
Retention and Deletion
We store your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at queridospanish20@gmail.com. Upon request, we will delete all your Google user data from our databases within 30 days.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Querido Spanish's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
