Welcome to Querido Spanish. By accessing our website and purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1Services Provided
Querido Spanish provides Spanish language instruction through online one-on-one sessions, digital learning materials, and educational content. Access to these services is granted upon mutual agreement and confirmed registration.
2Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Notice Period: Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without charge.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate of the session.
No-Shows: The instructor will wait for the student for a maximum of 15 minutes. After this period, the session will be considered a "no-show" and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
3Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services and live instruction:
- Digital Products: All sales of digital downloads or recorded materials are final.
- Live Classes: Refunds for unused class packages may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided no classes have been attended. Once a package has started, no partial refunds will be issued.
- Technical Issues: If a session cannot be held due to technical failure on the part of Querido Spanish, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
4Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and teaching materials provided by Querido Spanish are the intellectual property of Elias Burguera and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or sold without prior written consent.
